Return and Exchange Policy
SoccerStop permits returns or exchanges strictly within 14 days from the day your product is delivered/received. If items are made for pickup in-store, or for pickup at your local courier/postal office, the 14 days will commence maximum 3 days from when the product is made available.
All items for return or exchange must be unused and in original condition. Original conditions means item must be in the original box or bag they arrived in with stock labels (e.g. original shoebox unmarked and undamaged) and all parts included (instructions, leaflets, components, accessories, gifts, etc.).
Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
Please note, many items on sale 40% off or more are FINAL SALE. If an item is final sale, it will be listed in the product description (not the title). These significantly discounted items are strictly not eligible for refund or exchange.

All shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. The customer is also responsible to pay any shipping charges should an exchanged item require another delivery. SoccerStop recommends that an insured tracked shipping option is used when shipping items for return; SoccerStop is not liable for shipments delayed, damaged, or lost in transit.
